MELANIE D. POPPER -- ATTORNEY AT LAW

Ms. Popper was born in the Central American (culturally Caribbean) country of Belize, formerly known as British
Honduras.  She graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire (1999), attended the University Of
Edinburgh in Scotland (Fall 1997), and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2003).  
Ms. Popper is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and California's
Litigation Section of practicing attorneys (because this Section reflects the firm's growing practice areas beyond labor and
employment law, specifically, civil rights and personal injury).

Ms. Teng is a 2007 graduate of Santa Clara University Law School and focuses in the area of employment discrimination
and personal injury.
