We focus our practice on the needs of individuals who have claims involving:
- Sex discrimination or sexual harassment — We work with men and women, gay or straight, who have been treated unfairly in the workplace because of gender or sexual orientation. We know and understand the issues involving members of the LGBT and trans-gender communities and fight to provide every client with equal access to, and opportunity in, employment.
- Racial discrimination or harassment — We protect the rights of people who have been discriminated against at work because of race or ethnicity. We also represent individuals who have been subjected to racial profiling or otherwise mistreated by police because of racial origin.
- Child sexual abuse, including abuse by members of the clergy — We provide comprehensive counsel to men and women who know or believe they were victims of child sexual abuse, including abuse by pastors, priests or other members of the clergy. We have experience working with other professionals to assist clients who have suffered abuse, include those who uncovered repressed memories of abuse, so that they can seek justice and help prevent abuse to others.
